Looks like a poor attempt to inject spam into the reviews.

I have no idea how those got through. Interesting to see though.

I just had a look at the reviews for Skype on my phone and I don't see the valid reviews, which seems odd as I can see Arabic and Cyrillic reviews....

these may not be spams.
this may happen when review is in one language and read in another such as written in Mandarin and read in English.
it's my guess.
