What is up with the speech recognition for Bing & the speech for text messages?

I have had my Samsung Ativ S i8750 for about 3 months now & my speech recognition worked just fine up until about a week ago & it just stopped? I know it cant be my data because i downloaded a Google Search app and the speech recognition works just fine when using the Google search. But for some reason Bing Search Speech does not. Why? Is anyone else having this problem?

Mine still works, did you try to power cycle the phone? Hold the Power button until phone powers off (don't slide to power off just keep holding) and of you have an Ativ S the I wont remove battery and re insert just to be sure then make sure all cellular and wifi connections are working properly.
