What is WP7's native video format?

I have .MP4 file that I used Zune to sync to my Trophy. It runs ok for about 2-3 minutes and then starts breaking up, getting choppy and the video is out of sync with the audio. I'm wondering if it is the .MP4 file format somehow clogging up a buffer or something.

The whole file is about an hour and after loading it on the Trophy, I still have about 9GB free.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Is the bitrate or resolution super high? The TV shows I purchased from Zune are 320x180 .wmv videos.

Hi Jleebiker, don't know if this is of any interest or not to you, but it's a list of all the supported codecs that WP supports. (Including Video Bitrates etc)
