What other software can we use to Sync Music/Playlists?

What other software out there besides WMP & the crappy MS sync tool (metro and desktop) can we use to sync music/playlists to our WP8.1 devices?

I've tried MusicBee which is great but cant get it to sync/create playlists. Also tried MediaMonkey, but that has troubles too

I know i can use windows explorer and copy/paste, but creating playlists isn't ideal

I just take out my SD card and stick it in my PC. Then I use foobar to generate a list of files from a playlist and use rsync to copy those files.

I haven't tried yet but I'm reasonably certain I can also just make a playlist file in wmp format and it'll appear on the phone.

Can't Sorry, but there isn't any way to do a real time sync...

If only there was a music player that we could browse our music folder and play. Similar to PowerAmp on droid

I have when I first got the phone. It copies over the files/music but doesn't create the playlists

Haven't tried it in a while but I remember being able to sync playlists from mediamonkey
