What should Microsoft do to improve Windows phone??

In my opinion, the action center they must improve it that the user can customize from where he can slide the action center for example you can slide from left or down, and they must too make close an app easier to hold your finger from the top of the app an slide it down to close it like the Windows 8.1 on the computer, so every body make his own opinion and share with other.
