What Will I lose by updating with Dev Center?

Hey guys,

What will I lose if I upgrade to GDR3 (and next week windows phone 8.1) through the Dev Center on my 8.1? I just want to be sure that my apps (specifically Nokia Mix Radio, Maps, Drive+, etc) will still work when I upgrade?
