What Windows phone should I buy?

I currently have the Nokia Lumia 520 and I would really like to upgrade. I'm really not picky I just want a Windows phone with good specs and a price range between $0 to around $250

First, are you on any kind of contract? Do you care about contracts?
Then, do you care about the size of the phone? Like is there a size that you'll prefer or one that is too big?

I would personally recommend either the 640, or the 735. If you don't care about size, I'll also add the 640 XL to the list as well (even though that might hit the very top of your price range). I used to have the 521 myself and upgraded to the 640 a little over a month ago. I enjoy it and it feels like a upgrade in all ways with things such as Glance, NFC, Flash, FFC, and Rich Capture.

As for non Lumias, someone else might have a better idea than me. I have heard that the BLU Win HD LTE is decent.

Your location and carrier are going to make a big difference... But in general I agree with libra89. You are hard pressed to find better value than a 640 or a 640 XL.
