What would it take for Microsoft to enable light theming on the taskbar?

Hey there,

I recently noticed Microsoft's addition of a dark theme for File Explorer on the latest Windows 10 preview build. It raises the question of a possible system-wide light theme creation. I've been hoping for a Windows light theme ever since I used Linux Mint with the MATE desktop:



So, what's stopping Microsoft from creating this system-wide theme? Were you also waiting for Microsoft to create one?

I mean, wasn't Light the default?

As for the taskbar, I think you'd need to just select a color for it instead of just black?
