What whould you do? Lumia 1520 or 950 XL

I am an AT&T customer with a Lumia 1520 and very happy with the phone. I just cracked the glass on it and need to replace it! OR get a new Lumia Phone.

I want the big screen and would like to stay with a Windows phone. I am seeing mix reviews with the 950 and 950 XL. So I am asking people that have used both phones. What would you do! Cost is secondary I want to know what you think is best for the next 2 years.

Mixed reviews? there aren't any out! the phone was announced yesterday!
