It is entirely possible that Windows 10 Mobile can be flashed on future Android phones. However, I believe the more likely scenario, since manufacturers will have to cooperate with drivers, is that those phones will have 2 models. One with Android and one with Windows 10. We've already seen examples of phones released that have either/or as the OS. It will happen more frequently in the near future as manufacturers settle in on which horse they really want in the race. It will be a period of testing the waters.
