What's app issue

I have a new issue with my what's app I can't receive voice recording and when I receive text msg the what's app freezes, I tried to uninstall it and reinstall , but unfortunately nothing has changed. Any advices?

Have you tried using the WIFI connection? and what version of what's app did you use?
