What's happened to HERE transit?

I've not been able to install HERE transit on my phone for the last week, this is crippling me!

Its outrageous that this key feature to Windows phone is disabled.

When will this woe end?

Works fine for me on my 640 XL running 10572. As I remember it had issues installing when there were other apps being installed. Some apps want to be the only one being installed. Try going to the Store->Downloads and updates and see if there is an error. If the error code is 0x803F7003 then the issue is that it wants to be the only app being installed at a time (by default the Store will do two at a time). Just pause anything else that is trying to install and hit refresh for transit and it should work.

I'm still trying to figure out what error code 0x803F8006 is...

Oops, just noticed this is under 8.1. The solution I have is for W10M build 10572, though it may apply to 8.1 as well...

Windows central reported that HERE apps were having some issues and were withdrawn from the 8.1 store temporary.
