What's new with official gdr3?

I updated and I can't tell.

Not sure, but the podcast issue is not fixed. In subscribed podcasts, tap on the Xbox music store to see older podcasts...still not showing them like in gdr2 and earlier.

This isn't official gdr3 afaik.

Over at xda, someone figured out the updates went to language, accessibility, and d3d.

Yeah pretty sure GDR3 Dev Preview is feature complete, just tweaks now. Some things are dependant though on vendor firmware (AKA Nokia Black) before they will show up and work.
