What's the best case with a stylus holder?

[Windows Central Question]

I've the Dell Venue 8 Pro and a Dell Active Stylus.

I want a slim case which covers the screen and folds to prop the case up - a palm strap would be a bonus.

The problem is - I can't find one with a stylus holder big enough for my active pen.

Has anyone found one which fits the criteria?
