What's the best photo editing app (1520)

Hi, im looking to download a photo editing app and my first port of call was Creative Studio but the recent reviews slate it. Have MS released a more up to date app since Creative? I prefer apps by MS but am willing to try what you guys suggest. Tia

ProShot is a good one try as well, even though it is a lens. There are some good "effects" applied during the shot including full HDR that can save you some post-shot editing...

For editing I recommend Fhotoroom and Fotor. Fantasia is good too. Fotor has the largest output resolution at 8mp. Rest are capped at 5mp output.
