What's the fix for wife's apps not able to use data?

My wife told me her calendar, etc. don't get updated when she's not at home. I checked her phone (L640, Insider Production ring) and don't see anything wrong. All the related settings are identical to my L1520.3. Its definitely happening that's she has no data because the bill shows zero data usage for her line. Looking for suggestions other than doing a hard reset. I'll do that if nothing else helps. I have other lines with L640s on the account and they work fine but not practical to check all their settings since they are in another state.

My wife is having the opposite problem with her 640. She can't use certain apps (Twitter for one) on wifi, but it works fine on her data connection. I've deleted and readded the wireless connection multiple times to no avail.
