What's the latest 635 GoPhone software update?

My Lumia 635 GoPhone in settings > system > about:
OS version: 8.10.12397.895
Firmware revision number:
01061.00070.12446.29017

But Microsoft's Lumia 635 website, Nokia Lumia 635 - Software Update and Downloads - Microsoft - USA ,
says the latest software release for Nokia Lumia 635 is Lumia Cyan (01061.00074.14391.37104).

Am I behind an update? Or has AT&T not released the latest update for its 635 GoPhone variant? Or is "firmware revision number" different than "latest software release?"

01061.00074.14391.37104 is for T-Mobile US variant only
Microsoft Mobile did not released an update for ATT variants so far. It's still 01061.00070.14246.29017 (typo in your post)
ATT 635 postpaid variant is still on 01061.00070.12446.29003.
