Try googlin forum a little, there was a massive Outlook and People updates last weeks and MS admitted a central iussue.
Some users lost their contact pics and MS help keyboard stated the iussue isn't reverisble

Hi My question is "Why is anyone still using Outlook"? I haven't used Outlook in years.:wink: Lots of users lost contact pictures like Maurizio says, "MS says the issue isn't reversible" Very sad. Time to change to gmail!

This happened to me not long after I got my 950 up and running a few weeks back .... and yes, I had to input all of my contacts profile pictures :angry:
