Hilarious. They'll make up any excuse on why things are so bad. They do the same thing to us here.

When I left Sprint for AT&T, I was successful in avoiding ET fees by complaining vocally about the lack of service and refused to pay for service they weren't providing.

I just got off the phone with the Oklahoma Office of Sprint and they now tell me that there is apparently now a known problem with the tower in my area and it should be fixed within the next 24hrs.

We'll see.

I also told the guy about my experience at the local Sprint store so he made a few notes on that also. He too agreed that the Service tech at the store was feeding me a line of BS...

So, hopefully by this time tomorrow, I'll be back to full service like I've had for the past 15 years prior.

ATIV S or 920. The 8X is too big of a phone for only a 4.3" screen, especially considering I have a 4.7" Titan.

I just got the Radar, but I may return it and buy the 8S off contract, due to the fact it has microSD, and will hopefully be under $300. Got to save every cent as a college student, ya know.
