Whatsapp Issue After Update

So I recently Updated my Whatspp on my lumia 820 with WP 8.1 Developer preview, every time I try to start whatsapp while I'm connecting to 3G, whatspp blocks me saying that I should turn off (Restrict Background Data), but it's already off, I wonder how can this be fixed?

Hmm, I thought they fixed this in the last update. Apparently not. Open data sense and set the limit to 0. That's it.

I fail to understand... who's on mistake...
WhatsApp or this WP 8.1....
After updating WhatsApp into the latest 2.11.494, it has started even troubling more than before....
It works good for some time, after that.... our msgs will not be sent...it will show the waiting icon....
So after this, while closing app....it gives us a warning...
That WhatsApp is having trouble getting notifications, Background Data restricted or something like that....
And asks us to reboot our phone....
After rebooting, it works well....
And again in some time, the same problem repeats....
I am really tired of rebooting my phone minimum 3 times a day....
What's wrong there.... :/

On updating this version, I got problems in setting display pic. It only alows photos of more than 192 pixels. Wat d heck ...!!!!

use telegram dude, its faster, better, secure and cheaper (free). It's NSA approved that it's safe.
