Yes, saw it on an online news channel. Although its only available on android as of now and it needs invitation. Hope WP will soon get update.

Yeah, on Android, if you get called by someone the feature is enabled on your app. The rollout by WhatsApp is itself slower than this. I don't know if you can get called on the WP version yet...
