[WhatsApp] Tile colour changed permanently .. app does not open?

The colour of my WhatsApp tile has changed to a dark one. It doesn't get tapped and nor is the app responding or opening. I am using a Lumia 625. Pls tell me what to do?

Uninstall reinstall.. Happening to many.. No idea why.. You hopefully won't lose many messages.

Change your default installation to phone memory then force app reinstall
