When I attempt to do a refresh, it tells me it's going to reinstall Windows 8?

Why wouldn't it just stick with 8.1? How can I "update" my recovery drive to 8.1?

Were you running the preview of 8.1 prior to installing the official release?

Could you provide more details about what happened that requires a refresh?
