When I try to add my Outlook E mail Account to my new Lumia 535 it goes to error

following the steps settings add E mail Account and then Outlook I am faced with two choices either sign in or create an account. If I tap either of these it comes up with the message Couldn't activate the phone with an error code OxFFFFFE70, it also says try again with the same result

A hard reset will solve problem


Settings -> about -> reset your phone.

Doing that will wipe it, so you'll want to make sure your content is backed up first.
