When is amber update going to come in india for windows 8 nokia ?

Its really bad that india is always behind for any update .. I would like to ask Microsoft and nokia that what are they thinking before rolling out amber update for nokia windows 8 users .. everywhere it is rolling out except india ..

You could use Nokia Care Suite to check and see if update is available, and if so then flash your phone.

else it is Up to Carrier has to when updates will get released over the air for your phone.

Irrelevant to the post, but just wanted to tell you. The carrier system does not exist in India
