Whenever I go onto 'Store' it just comes up with 'SERVER STUMBLED' ALL THE TIME, how can I fix this?

Whenever i go onto 'Store' it just comes up with 'SERVER STUMBLED' ALL THE TIME

Every time i go on to the store to install a game or something it always comes up with server stumbled this has happened for over 8 months now its stupid!! Ive looked all over the internet on how to solve it but nothing works!!!

HELP!!!
