Probably nowhere other than online. The AT&T branded model isn't dual SIM.

These are your guys... Like Laura said, the AT&T one doesn't have dual SIM. For that you need an import.

I bought mine from B&H Video. They are a great company and give a 1 year warranty. Moreover, the phone supports 14 LTE bands!

For those reading this thread but asking from a UK POV: I bought mine (RM-1096) from Plemix.com in Hong Kong.

Their website is sloooow and they take a while to answer questions. However I placed an order on Sunday. The phone shipped on Tuesday and was delivered to the UK on Thursday by FedEx. Works just fine out of the box on UK O2 4G.

The cost was USD230 including express FedEX which was coverted to GBP126 (phone) plus GBP19 (shipping). Oh, and they wrote the value down as USD100 to keep HMRC happy!

The delay was about 10 working days, but the price was good (?143 including transport), a lot of less expensive than amazon uk (?190)
Good straight forward communication and quite good tracking system of the parcel
The only thing is 10 working days require some patience
