Why can't I redownload Here Drive+ I've been all over the internet. Only link goes to a windows page that says it doesn't exist?

Looks like it is pulled from some Store, I have the same problem, already contacted HERE Support and they say its a known issue for new users, those who already have the application will continue receiving update, like 1-2 weeks ago, so I suspect they have no intention to fix it soon. Where is your location?
