Where can i find iris scanner API , which is their in lumia 950 and lumia 950 xl ?

i want to use the api for one of my projects for authentication purposes, planning to ritte a windows app which will make use of the api to authenticate the user.

Please let me know how i can find a windows iris scanner api, and steps to use it.
