Where can we submit ideas for new options/features to MS?

I've seen lists here and plenty of ideas and complaints for missing options/features, but does MS even see it? Doubt it. Where can we get this info to where MS will see it?

They do have a suggestions site here, which apparently they do check, according to MVPs:

Indeed, best bet would be to enter suggestions here, or fire them to the team (in bursts) via social networks.
