Where did my texts go?

This has happened a couple of times before...but I go to check a past text message, and they are all gone! The only thing left in my phone are facebook conversations. Before I thought it happened when I deleted "temporary data," but I know I didn't do that this time.

Using another thread I found how to get my text messages in outlook.com to show up. (http://forums.windowscentral.com/wi...ow-look-view-text-message-backup-outlook.html)
But I'd really like to have these back on my phone.

Have you checked that the date & time on your phone is set correctly. The auto-set sometimes doesn't work and if you reset your phone you may not notice the difference.

Thanks for the idea, but calendar and time all look fine.
