Where do Nokia Mix Radio's artist backgrounds come from?

I only have a small handful of artist imagery on Nokia Mix radio, both laptop and smartphone, but they seem to come from the same source. Also does Tag Editor work for Nokia Mix Radio on 8.1 for album art?
I am wondering if there is a way to get artist imagery on Nokia Mix Radio, perhaps by emailing them?

The license mentions a James Newton-King, who works for a software company called Intergen.
