Where do we place bets on when 8.1 related firmware will be released?

So, is anyone else curious as to when each of the phone model and carrier firmware updates will be released for Windows Phone 8.1?

What will they contain? Will the carriers remove Data Sense again?

I'd say AT&T-around August for newer phones and September-October for older WP models. I also say that there won't be any Data Sense as well.
