My Lumia 520 storage was 1gb yesterday. Today its storage became 16 bytes. I deleted some unwanted softwares ,its storage became 500mb , But after some hours it became 0.00 bytes!!!! None of my programs open.

Where does my storage go????

You can try to do a soft reset by holding volume down + lock button at the same until your phone vibrates and reboot.
Have you updated your Lumia 520 to the latest Lumia black update ?

Yes, I have black update.
A question: how I can know that my phone does soft reset.

After pressing both the buttons , your phone will vibrate and it will reboot. (While pressing the button , ignore slide to power down screen )

soft reset is just restarting your device . Press and hold volume & lock key togehther for 30sec the device will reboot instantly . I.e. Soft reset. Good luck :)

your others storage might be eating up your memory . Do a soft reset or clear temporary files from settings>storge check>details>temporary files. Clear history from internet explorer settings!! Hope this helps . Thank you!

To fully understand your memory usage you need to look at your phone usage. Some functions that chew up loads of memory are obvious i.e. Taking photos, videos, saving music and documents to the phone (I would strongly advise opening a onedrive account if you don't already have one.....free storage for all those pics, videos and docs). Other functions that can contribute massively to storage issues include web surfing and playing games. Temporary internet files can take up hundreds of megs. Equally, games that create restore points or save where you are when you exit can cause havoc with your memory. Examples; minion rush is 43megs, but is taking up 360megs on my phone. Music and video apps are similar.......youtube and Spotify are only 10-20megs in size but take up over a gig each on my phone. Run Storage Check in settings, it'll help you to figure out what's eating your memory.
