Where is Cortana in W10M ?

Eh why didn't anyone ask him if he checked if his phone was set to a region where cortana is available?

Check if time/date are correct.
Set region/speech/keyboard to US (Remove the rest for now)
Soft reset the phone and check if cortana is around

Btw "hey cortana" wasn't working on the older w10m builds

Upgraded to Build 10581 via Insider Fast Ring, and now Cortana is back.
