Where is data sense in 950 xl?

I love this cool feature to monitor my data/wifi usage.
But I just found it's not in 950 xl, or It takes some effort to locate it?

In settings, network and wireless. Data usage. You can also pin it to the start screen by tapping and holding the icon for data usage

Whenever I go to usage details, restrict background data to always or when I'm near my limit, it crashes

Cool.
And it's interesting, sim 2 also showed some data consumption, but there is no sim card there......
