Where is Share tab on Bluetooth settings?

Windows Central Question

I have an Acer Aspire E 15 running Windows 10. It will pair with other Bluetooth devices but there seems to be no way to enable sharing between them. In Win 7 there was a tab on the Bluetooth settings where this could be allowed or disallowed.
