where is the icloud on my nokia lumina 8.1

i have a icloud in my email and accounts but it says not up to date is there a way to change password

If everything went correctly the system would have placed a live tile with the title "iCloud" at the bottom of your startscreen.

The only way to change your icloud password is by going to appleid.apple.com and resetting the password (forgot password)
