Where is the WP 8.1 from Verizon/Microsoft for Nokia owners???

Does anybody out there have any FIRM information as to when Verizon will be releasing the WP 8.1 update to Nokia Lumia Icon owners? It seems as though this is taking forever! If Microsoft is serious about making their Nokia phones a big success, they need to quit dragging their feet and get busy pushing out this critically important update. Without it, nobody wants a Windows Phone from Nokia and their phones are not competitive. There have been rumors and stories about this update circulating around the internet for over a year. Why the hell does it take so damn long to get this job done? Apple has no problem getting out updates, and it's a big part of their success with their customers. Come on Microsoft, Verizon and Nokia....get off your butts and get it moving, or flush your Nokia phone business down the toilet.

In a tweet nokia india said that they will be releasing it in the first two weeks of july but we dont know if it is for india only or for every windows phone 8 user .
