Where To Buy Matte White?

So is AT&T the only place to buy a 640 XL in matte white? As far as I can tell the third party vendors selling the international variants that work on AT&T come in glossy white only.. which I most definitely do not want, nor do I want a case.

I wasn't able to find a matte white 640 XL but I did find a matte white replacement battery cover on Amazon:
