Where's my upgrade?

I signed up for the upgrade a couple of months ago. Still no upgrade. My wife signed up 2 days ago; her upgrade came through yesterday. What'g going on?

Forget about waiting just use this, it worked for me:

Just select "Upgrade" after choosing the tool (32 or 64 bits). I upgraded from Windows 7 using this tool, windows 10 got activated without problems, then I downloaded the ISO to make a clean install and there was also no issue activating.
