I am using 8gb SanDisk class 4 micro SD card when using app from micro SD card it seems to be lagging some time I need 32 GB micro SD card which class is preferable.

Higher class means the card has a higher max speed. (is faster)
10 should be more than enough fast for you, but if you're super cheap and trying to squeeze every cent, a class 6 may suffice, but I would save the headache and go straight for a class 10.
