Which countries is Cortana available on build 10149?

My language and region is set to Australia and speech is set to UK but Cortana is still unavailable according in the setting. Which countries does Cortana work anyway in this build?

I think its US only. I have everything set to germany which worked pretty fine in PfD but its not working now.

It works in France. Less advanced than her sister on PC, but it works, listens and speaks correctly.

I can confirm too it works on United Kingdom, with Language set to English(UK), Region(UK), Speech English(UK).

Thats why i changed the region to UK or US
