which one is best image editor app in wp8.
I want free & some features: borders, texting , collage and all other same basic(cropping, orientation, adjustments) etc. all in one app.
Please suggest me best app including above features in wp8. My phone is Lumia 720 (INDIA)

I still like Thumba Photo Editor. I think it's still one of the top photo editing apps. It's not free, but can't really complain at $0.99

I use fogram for that. It has been free a short time ago. You can also use super camera which I think has the capability to add text on photos and its free.

If you want total control of adding text to an image, Fantasia Painter is the app. Change size, rotate, fonts, boxed text, no boxed text, opacity of text, opacity of box, custom colors for text and/or box, watermarks, etc. It's also got a full complement of editing tools. Free or $1.99 version.
