Which is your preferred PAYG provider?

While it's hard to predict way in advance in this industry, I'm wondering which PAYG provider is your preferred and why? I am thinking about going PAYG for my next WP8 device.

Also, what are the advantages and disadvantages of these networks?

I use ATT Go Phone on my private line with the no monthly payment plan and pay 10c/min. I only use the phone for a few calls a day and its a good deal with a $25 topup lasting up to 3 months. The downside is you have no data, but I use wifi everywhere I am, so no issue there.

If you don't want to spend a fortune, its a good way to go. Also at home I use Skype which is just 1c/min.

I miss my European pay as you go plan where there was no expiration date for credit and you did not have to pay for incoming calls and texts. I just hate that here in the US I have to pay when someone calls or texts me.
