Which one should I consider W10 installation?

Which one should I consider? W10 installation.

I am gonna try W10...
But the question here is,
Should I install W10 free upgrade to my laptop on the top of 8.1 ??
OR should I install preview updates on my Lumia 820???

Which one is more stable???
Can I use W10 as a daily driver without any problem on both of the device??

I'm slightly confused by your question because you're using "or" I would consider these as 2 different questions. I'll give you my experience -

I've installed Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 3 & it works great! I do have to say it is quirky w/some things. It does have times where it asks for verification of credentials multiple times, but then it stops having problems. Also the email program has problems sometimes asking me to "Fix Account", I still think it's worth the plunge. My Surface is my daily driver, so I do think it's stable enough to use & quite dependable over all.

I think Windows 10 Mobile is going to be released soon, so I'd wait until then. I'm going to take the plunge there also. As I understand, people have liked the preview versions lately, but I've never used it on my daily driver. It will be a bigger leap since I've never used it on my 1520.

i'd rather wait for the windows 10 mobile and i'll install w10 on my laptop...
