Which recovery tool should i use

I have nokia lumia 520 and i am still on build 10136 .which recovery tool should i use -windows device recovery tool or nokia software recovery tool

The 520 is considered a legacy phone so the nokia software recovery tool. The Windows Device Recovery Tool is for the x3x series of Lumia phones and higher.
