Sim free 640 Dual Sim Germany CV - still waiting.
Phone is unlocked so it's not blocked by carriers but i guess Microsoft Germany in my case is working on some tweaks before releasing it.
If you download the insider preview app and choose the release preview branch then you should be able to get the official build that should eventually be released to the 640 that still aren't receiving the update (well i guess .218 now).
I'm wondering if Microsoft is working on small firmware changes to optimise these specific CV that aren't receiving the update (possibly radios?)
