which windows phone do i have?

I was given a windows phone with a cracked screen. I want to replace it but have no idea which one it is.

Does it turn on? If so, swipe left, go to settings, and look under About. It tell you there. If you have extras + info installed, you can get more particulars - you are looking there for a RM-xxxx number.
