While updating Windows 10 Preview for 640 XL it got stuck at 9, how can I fix it?

while updating windows 10 preview for 640 xl it get stuck at 9% ?

i am updating my lumia 640 xl to windows 10 by insider program but while downloading update it get stuck at 9% from 15 days no 3g is working wifi is working ? so can anybody help me ..............

Hi,
Are you using your phone's sim data as a connection to the web?
Did you try connecting to a reliable internet connection?

You will need 1.3 GB of free phone memory. 1.5 may be safer, check your phone's memory in settings/storage sense. Delete some apps to free internal memory.
You can use the windows phone recovery tool, download to a windows 7 and up pc and reinstall the 8.1/2 to your phone.

Try the Windows 10 again if you want, i would wait a day or so, as a newer build is due out soon.
